A few months ago, whilst having a smear test at the doctor's office I learnt that I had a prolapse. I had been having some symptoms for more than 6 months at the time, but never realised weak pelvic floor muscles were to blame.
The doctor told me that she wasn't sure Kegel exercises would help.
I was referred to see the gynaecologist in 2 months and decided I had to do something in the meantime. I came across Kegel8 website and ordered Kegel8 Ultra 20.
